Complete five sets of days and earn a pool party pass and local coupons.
Completed your summer reading? Please fill out this form! Students of OCS get credit and extra prizes for participating. This form will make sure your child's reading is shared with their school.
Submit your reading & earn chances to win rockin’ prizes!
Teens (ages 12-18 or students entering 6th grade in the fall through 12th grade) are encouraged to read as many books as possible, all of their own choice. Participants will track their reading online or through a reading log available at any OCPL location. Earn prizes for each book read, including a rock star prize pack, tickets to Fandom Prom, pool parties, and more!
The Library has partnered with OC Schools to provide incentives and events to reward students for their participation in Summer Reading. See your school website for more information.
Read Books & Earn Prizes!
Pick up a bookmark at any Library location. Fill in the back of the bookmark with titles of books you read this summer. Books, ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines count! Turn in your bookmark to any Oldham County Library. Each book filled in represents an entry in a prize drawing at the end of summer for an iPad. You can also win prizes by attending events! Every adult program will have a themed prize basket and winners will be drawn that night for each event.
